Rotary International Past President, Bichai Rattakul, visits the Boat Repair area in Kamala Beach (Phuket) on July 7, 2005.

He was accompanied by several R.I. District Governors, Past Governors, local dignitaries and the newly installed Presidents of the Phuket based Clubs.

This occasion marked the official launch of the new and repaired "Longtail Boats".

Life-saving Jackets were also given to the local Fishermen from Kamala Beach.
