The members of the Rotary Club of Patong Beach thank the outgoing President Karen Eidsvik-Moody for her leadership this past Rotary year July 2018 to June 2019. President Karen was always present and spent countless hours to keep this Rotary club a vibrant one. Together with her husband Gary Eidsvik-Moody, who was serving as President-Elect and sadly passed away on January 10th. Together they were a perfect team and despite the huge loss Pres. Karen completed her rotary work in a fantastic way. During her year we switched back from a lunch meeting to dinner meetings. Under her leadership, we conducted several projects successfully and she hands over a healthy club to incoming President Jonathan Russell. President Karen will always be remembered as the first female President of the Rotary Club of Patong Beach. Thank you, President Karen, for a great Rotary year!
