Donations to the Rotary Club of Patong Beach

Patong Beach had a long-standing donation box at the Patong Hospital and it has been our most successful box.

Sadly, the box was broken and the door was torn off. We have had a new box made with a more interactive design and a stronger drawer for the money.

                              PP David Arell

The Rotary Club of Patong Beach approved a project to assist the Patong Hospital, providing special   equipment for COVID-19.  A total cost of Baht 447,500.
A temperature scanner and computer monitor.

RC Patong Beach - Handover gowns to the Patong Beach hospital by PP David Arell.

This donation of plastic protective gowns was done in the interest of helping the fine Nurses and Doctors at Patong Hospital stay well and hopefully avoid catching the Corona Virus.

Health professionals around the world are working to save lives through  this pandemic and they are the most at-risk as they are in contact with infected patients and they can not maintain social distance from them.
